Chebet Caroline Kariuki
Coached martial arts for ten years in Embakasi
- 🇰🇪 Embakasi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Embakasi Silverlake Youth Club
- 2001 to 2011
- English
I coached martial arts at Embakasi Silverlake Youth Club from 2001 to 2011. Most of my players were between 11 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away.
