Chebet Awino Kamau
Caregiver and nurse, Baobab Clinic
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Baobab Clinic
- Since 1984
- English, Swahili, Spanish
I've been a nurse for 42 years, most of them in community health at Baobab Clinic in Nairobi. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
I've held a lot of hands. I wouldn't change a thing.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Chebet
I still get cards from families years later. They're pinned to my fridge.
