Runs the refugee support in Lapu-Lapu

I organize the refugee support in Lapu-Lapu. About 60 people rely on it every week.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I make terrible puns.
What gifts mean to Charmaine: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
