Charmaine K. Hernandez
Sitar player and teacher in Cairns
- 🇦🇺 Cairns, Queensland, Australia
- Cairns Quartet
- 2002 to 2015
- English, Filipino
I play sitar and singing. I started in 2002 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 9 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
What gifts mean to Charmaine: Any gift will help me keep teaching kids who can't afford lessons.
