Charlotte Whaanga
Runs the elderly befriending in Manukau
- 🇳🇿 Manukau, Auckland, New Zealand
- Manukau Food Bank
- Since 2004
- English
I've volunteered with Manukau Food Bank since 2004. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 10 people now. Everyone brings something.
More about Charlotte
If you've ever been helped by one of our sessions, you're the reason we keep going.
What gifts mean to Charlotte: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
