For eight years I ran the athletics program at Jacksonville Silverlake Swimming Club in Jacksonville. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
What gifts mean to Charlotte: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
