For 17 years I've run the athletics program at Pioneer Youth Club in Augsburg. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Charlotte
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Charlotte: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
