Charlotte B. Mitchell
Midwife and nurse, Oakland
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Queensway Maternity Hospital
- 1985 to 2020
- English
I've been a nurse for 35 years, most of them in elder care at Queensway Maternity Hospital in Oakland. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
I've held a lot of hands. I wouldn't change a thing.
Areas of care
What gifts mean to Charlotte: A gift would go toward blankets and small comforts for patients without family.
