Charles E. Wallace

Mentor in software and engineering

  • 🇬🇧 Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom
  • Glasgow Youth Network
  • Since 1986
  • English
For 40 years I've mentored people in software and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Charles

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
