I'm a watercolor artist based in Soweto. I've been making things since 1990 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
More about Chantel
I've had 14 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

What gifts mean to Chantel: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
