Chantel H. Van Wyk

Choir director and singer

  • 🇿🇦 Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
  • Durban Crescent Orchestra
  • Since 1984
  • English, Zulu
I've played bass since 1984, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach. I teach about 8 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I bake for the whole street at New Year.

More about Chantel

I write my first song when I was 21. It was terrible and I still love it.
