Chang-min Kyung-soo Son

Mentor in teaching and leadership

  • 🇰🇷 Incheon, Incheon, South Korea
  • Incheon Community Trust
  • Since 2015
  • Korean
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 280 people through Incheon Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
