Helping people break into design
- 🇰🇷 Seoul, Seoul, South Korea
- Parkside Youth Network
- Since 2005
- Korean, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 990 people through Parkside Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Chang-min: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
