Coached hockey for 18 years in Dehiwala
- 🇱🇰 Dehiwala, Western, Sri Lanka
- Dehiwala Athletic Club
- 1981 to 1999
- English, Sinhala, French
I coached hockey at Dehiwala Athletic Club from 1981 to 1999. Most of my players were between 8 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.

you coached me in 1985. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Birmingham.
