Helping people break into trades

For 21 years I've mentored people in trades and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Chalida
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Chalida: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
