Cengiz Serkan Sarı
Mentor in engineering and nursing
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- 2012 to 2022
- English, Turkish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 340 people through Istanbul Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
More about Cengiz
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Cengiz: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
