Cengiz Efe Aydoğan
12 years teaching Spanish in Üsküdar
- 🇹🇷 Üsküdar, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Heritage Middle School
- 1989 to 2022
- English
For 33 years I was the Spanish teacher at Heritage Middle School. I taught first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the drama society after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I make terrible puns.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Cengiz
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Cengiz: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
