For 25 years I've run the hockey program at Üsküdar Victory Youth Club in Üsküdar. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Cengiz
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Cengiz: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

Thanks for picking me when I was the slowest kid on the team. Greetings from Bahir Dar.
