I've played brass band since 1999, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 9 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm always reading two books at once.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
