- 🇵🇭 Caloocan, Metro Manila, Philippines

- Since 1993
- English, French
I've volunteered with Phoenix Volunteer Corps since 1993. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 31 people now. Everyone brings something.
What gifts mean to Cecilia: Any gift will help us cover the hall hire this winter.
