I spent 38 years as a lecturer in marine biology at Rome State University in Rome. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I'm always reading two books at once.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Caterina
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
