I've spent 48 years as a lecturer in economics at Leicester Institute of Technology in Leicester. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Carter
If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
What gifts mean to Carter: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
