Carter E. Long
Social studies and statistics teacher, Lafayette
- 🇺🇸 Lafayette, Louisiana, United States
- Lafayette Grammar School
- Since 1996
- English
For 30 years I have been the social studies teacher at Lafayette Grammar School. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the drama society after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Carter
If you were in my mixed-ability classes class, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
