Carter B. Yates
Community faith leader in Bakersfield
- 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
- Bakersfield Fellowship
- Since 1990
- English, Spanish
I've served Bakersfield Fellowship in Bakersfield since 1990. My days are mostly visiting, listening and helping people carry things, sometimes literally.
People come with every kind of question. I try to listen first. I'm always reading two books at once.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Carter: I'd put gifts toward the youth program.
