For eleven years I've mentored people in software and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Caroline: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first software job in 2018. I still have your notes. Greetings from Cork.
