Baking for eight years in Liverpool
- 🇬🇧 Liverpool, England, United Kingdom
- Little Liverpool Trades Guild
- 2018 to 2025
- English
I've worked in baking from 2018 to 2025. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 160 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Caroline
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Caroline: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
