I teach agriculture at Silverlake Academy in Houston since 1995. Most days I teach teenagers, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I've had 1,050 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
