Carolina T. Pérez
Farming mentor, Bogotá
- 🇨🇴 Bogotá, Bogotá D.C., Colombia
- Fairview Foundation
- 1978 to 2003
- Spanish
For 25 years I've mentored people in farming and law school. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Carolina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Carolina: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
