I teach early years and agriculture at Hillcrest Primary School, Girona. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I've coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Carolina
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Carolina: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
