Carolina Renata Barbosa

Teacher at Maple Ridge High School, loves environmental science

I taught environmental science at Maple Ridge High School in São Paulo from 1978 to 1999. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it. Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it. I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Carolina: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
