Carolina N. Vega
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇲🇽 Coyoacán, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Greenfield Trades Guild
- 2012 to 2021
- Spanish
I'm a thatching specialist. If you live around Coyoacán, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 18 years later for another job.
More about Carolina
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Carolina: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
