Carolina Mariana Cardoso

Teacher at Petrópolis Primary School, loves special education

🇧🇷 Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Petrópolis Primary School

For 18 years I have been the special education teacher at Petrópolis Primary School. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Over the years I've had 560 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Carolina

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Carolina: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
