Carolina M. Serrano
Finance mentor, Birmingham
- 🇺🇸 Birmingham, Alabama, United States

- Since 2018
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 290 people through Maple Ridge Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Carolina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
