I've volunteered with Rio de Janeiro Volunteer Corps from 1986 to 2016. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 11 people now. Everyone brings something.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
What gifts mean to Carolina: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
