Carolina Larissa Bezerra
Engineering mentor, Belo Horizonte
- 🇧🇷 Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- Brookfield Association
- Since 1988
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,140 people through Brookfield Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Carolina
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Carolina: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
