Carolina L. Navarro
Mentor in entrepreneurship and first-generation students
- 🇦🇷 Santa Fe, Santa Fe, Argentina
- Santa Fe Association
- 1993 to 2007
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 500 people through Santa Fe Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Carolina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Carolina: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

you helped me get my first entrepreneurship job in 2002. I still have your notes. Greetings from Madurai.
