I run Tuxtla Gutiérrez Grill in Tuxtla Gutiérrez. We started in 1991 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher.
On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
