Carolina C. Macías

Volunteer mentor with St. Joseph's Community Trust

  • 🇺🇸 Arlington, Texas, United States
  • St. Joseph's Community Trust
  • Since 1996
  • English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,350 people through St. Joseph's Community Trust. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.

More about Carolina

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
