I spent eight years as a lecturer in public health at Birmingham Institute of Technology in Birmingham. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I answered every email, even at midnight. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
What gifts mean to Carol: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
