Carmen Oana Lazar
Home economics teacher at Brookfield Middle School, Since 1995
- 🇷🇴 București, București, Romania
- Since 1995
- English, Romanian
Brookfield Middle School is my second home. I teach home economics there since 1995, mostly Year 10.
I've coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Carmen
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Carmen: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me home economics in 1995 at Brookfield Middle School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.

You taught me home economics in 2009 at Brookfield Middle School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
