Carmen J. Torres

Volunteer mentor with Iztapalapa Association

  • 🇲🇽 Iztapalapa, Ciudad de México, Mexico
  • Iztapalapa Association
  • Since 1985
  • Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,070 people through Iztapalapa Association. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.

More about Carmen

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
