Carmen C. Ruiz
Teacher at Kingsway Secondary School, loves chemistry

For 25 years I was the chemistry teacher at Kingsway Secondary School. I taught Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Carmen
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

You taught me chemistry in 2018 at Kingsway Secondary School. I still remember the long bus ride home.
