Helping people break into farming

For 34 years I've mentored people in farming and entrepreneurship. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

You helped me get my first farming job in 1994. I still have your notes! Truly.
