For 37 years I have been the physical education teacher at Quezon City Public School. I teach primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,110 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Carmela
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
