Carlos Rodrigo Almeida
12 years teaching economics in Niterói
- 🇧🇷 Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Oakwood Middle School
- Since 2017
- Portuguese
For nine years I have been the economics teacher at Oakwood Middle School. I teach primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 200 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Carlos
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Carlos: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
