Carlos Renato Monteiro

Teacher at Valley View High School, loves physical education

  • 🇧🇷 Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Valley View High School
  • 1988 to 2010
  • English, Portuguese
I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 22 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Carlos

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
