Carlos M. Velasco

Volunteer mentor with Lakeview Association

  • 🇺🇸 Hialeah, Florida, United States
  • Lakeview Association
  • 1992 to 2025
  • English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 990 people through Lakeview Association. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Carlos

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
