Helping people break into farming
- 🇧🇷 Brasília, Distrito Federal, Brazil
- Victory Foundation
- Since 1995
- English, Portuguese
For 31 years I've mentored people in farming and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Carlos: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
