Carlos Flávio Alves

Volleyball and fitness coach, São Paulo

  • 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
  • São Paulo Athletic Club
  • Since 1998
  • Portuguese
I've coached volleyball at São Paulo Athletic Club since 1998. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
