For 19 years I was the history teacher at Feira de Santana Middle School. I taught Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Carlos
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
